Privacy Policy
How PLUS POWER handles information while you browse and, later, when you shop. Last updated: 14 October 2026. Draft for legal review.
1. Who is responsible
Plus Power Accesorios SL (automotive accessories), C/ Canal de Crespo 6-8, Parque Industrial SM Juan Carlos I, 46440 Almussafes, Spain. Registro Mercantil B70930490. Website: pluspowerauto.com. Email: [email protected]. Phone: +34 961 08 63 81.
2. What we collect today
Right now the store has no accounts, no newsletter, no contact form and no payment collection. We do not ask for your name, email, address or card details.
Your chosen currency, wishlist and shopping bag are saved only in your own browser. They are not sent to us unless your browser asks our server to check bag prices — then only product identifiers, variants and quantities are sent, and they are not stored.
3. Technical information
Like every website, our hosting provider receives technical request data such as IP address, browser type, requested page and time. This is used to deliver the site and keep it secure. Retention periods for these logs must be confirmed with the hosting provider before launch.
4. Third-party services
Exchange rates are fetched by our server from Frankfurter (European Central Bank reference rates); your personal data is not sent to them. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when your browser downloads them.
5. When orders open
To complete an order we will need your contact details, delivery address and order contents. We will only use them to fulfil the order, meet legal obligations (such as tax records) and handle returns or complaints. Payment details will be handled by a payment provider — we will never store card numbers.
6. Legal bases
Delivering the website relies on legitimate interest. Fulfilling an order relies on performing a contract. Keeping tax records relies on legal obligation. Any marketing would require your consent first.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or move your data, and object to processing. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. Send these requests to [email protected].
8. Changes
We will update this policy whenever our processing changes and show the date of the latest version at the top.
